Art Education senior Lindsay Warning and junior Hannah Goodenberger represented the UNK chapter of the National Art Education Association (NAEA) and the Nebraska Art Teachers Association (NATA) at this year’s Governor’s Arts Awards in Omaha. NATA was awarded the Excellence in Arts Education Award at tonight’s event.

The biennial Governor’s Arts Awards is hosted by the Nebraska Arts Council and is Nebraska’s premier event in recognizing individuals and organizations that shape our state’s artistic landscape.
