Open Lab Hours

Labs are open Sunday thru Friday. Labs are closed to students on Saturdays and holidays.

UNK's Art and Design's computer labs offer students the ability to work with industry standard and state-of-the-art software and hardware. These labs are available to any student currently enrolled in Art classes and are open outside of scheduled class hours.

Art and Design’s facilities contain four, Mac-based computer labs which are equipped with desktop computers, printers and copiers, flatbed scanners, and Wacom drawing tablets. Adobe software (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver) are available on all lab computers. For specifics regarding each lab, see additional information below.

FAB 310

This lab is open to all students currently enrolled in an Art class. It is primarily used by Visual Communication & Design majors and minors. B&W, color laser & color inkjet printing is available to students with a UNK ID. Color inkjet printing involves a printing submission process & is handled by lab techs.

This lab is open to all students currently enrolled in an Art class. It is primarily used by the Visual Communication & Design majors and minors. Black and white printing is available to students with a UNK ID.
