The UNK Department of Art and Design along with the Art and Design Social Media Team are asking you to take part in one of the greatest artistic events of the year: Inktober! We will be selecting and displaying student and faculty illustrations each day in the hallway as well as on Facebook and Instagram.
How to Enter
- Make a Halloween/October/Autumn-related illustration in ink. (You can use the official Inktober prompts if you want.)
- Sign your name on the back of your illustration (the judging will be blind).
- Place your drawing in the envelope on Prof. Rapien’s office door in FAB 311.
Each day we will pick the best out of our pile. Submit as many drawings as you would like. Faculty will judge the selected work for prizes on October 31.
Requirements
- Illustrations must be in INK (no graphite or charcoal drawings will be accepted)
- Illustrations should be related to Halloween or the month of October in some way
- You must include your name on the back of the drawing for blind judging (don’t sign the front!)
Submissions
- No limit on the number of submissions
- Submit your drawings by placing them in the envelope on Professor Rapien’s office door (FAB 311B)
