John Stanko is currently an associate professor of visual communications at University of Nebraska at Kearney. He has worked as a graphic designer/ art director for over nine years creating logos, websites, outdoor graphics, etc. In 2005 he earned his MFA from Virginia Commonwealth University. Over the past 5 years he has focused on Fantasy and Sci Fi illustration. Most recently, he has worked with Sony Online’s Legend of Norrath Online Card game, Magic the Gathering, Dungeons and Dragons 4e, Fantasy Flight games, Blizzard, Star Wars Galaxies, Tor Publishing, and Paizo Publishing.
