For returning students and transfer students only -

(Financial Aid applications are taken each year in early January to February. Art Department form and electronic portfolio are also due at that time.

Application Procedures
1. Fill in the application form at Financial Aid Office. More information on Endowed scholarship applications can be found on the Financial Aid Website.

2. Submit an electronic Portfolio online. Your portfolio must consist of 10 images of work created during the past 12 months. You may photograph or scan your artwork, but the final image must be saved in the JPEG (jpg) format. One side of the image (width or height) should be at least 600 pixels long. The average image file size should be 400KB or less, as the upload limit is 4MB (4,000KB). For more help with image size, see Image help.

.
IMPORTANT: If your ten images exceed 4MB in total file size, the form will fail on "submit." In that event, you will receive no confirmation and the committee will not know that you attempted to submit your portfolio. For that reason, it is important to wait several seconds for the confirmation message after you click the submit button.
