Bill holds a B.S. in Graphic Design and certification in Art Education from South Dakota State University and an M.A. in Education from UNK. He is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Teacher Education with specialization in Instructional Technology and Internet-Based Education from UNL. He previously taught K-12 art in South Dakota and Minnesota for seven years. Additionally, Bill teaches Art Methods courses and an online summer course at UNK.
